What Meta data Reducti OPS stores

Reducti OPS currently uses a manual publishing workflow and does not receive or store Facebook or Instagram account data through the Meta API.

If you connect a Meta account in the future, Reducti OPS may store only the information needed to maintain that connection and publish approved content: your Meta account identifier, the identifiers and names of authorized Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts, permissions you grant, encrypted access credentials, connection status and timestamps, and records of posts published through OPS such as a post identifier, URL, status and publication time.

Reducti OPS does not use a Meta connection to store your contacts, private messages, payment information or advertising audiences.

Disconnect Meta

You may disconnect Reducti OPS from Facebook or Instagram at any time by removing the Reducti OPS app in your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing the connection prevents future access through that authorization.

Disconnecting Meta does not automatically remove records already stored in OPS. To have those records deleted, follow the request process below.

Request deletion

Email hello@reductilab.com with the subject Meta data deletion request. Include your name, the email address associated with Reducti OPS, and the Facebook Page or Instagram account name you connected. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the relevant OPS or Meta account. After verification, we will remove stored Meta connection credentials, account and Page identifiers, permissions, and related publishing records unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Expected completion period

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will confirm when the request is complete or contact you if additional information or time is required.
